Best Time to Visit
May to August offers the most powerful flow and cooler weather; September to December brings lower water levels and clearer views of the gorge, with warmer days.
Wildlife
Vervet monkeys, warthog and bushbuck frequent the rainforest around the falls, while the surrounding Zambezi National Park holds elephant, buffalo, giraffe and occasional lion.
